iBuyHomesChicagoland is operated by Alex Fenske, a lifelong resident of Chicago's South Suburbs. Alex grew up in Richton Park and attended Neil Armstrong Elementary School and Rich South High School. After going away to college, he returned to the South suburbs where he lives and works today.

Alex is a licensed real estate broker as well as an investor who buys property to hold or to resell. Given his role as a fiduciary representative to his clients, Alex adheres to the very highest standard of integrity and ethical dealings, and lives by the rule, "win-win or no deal." 

Having participated in hundreds of real estate transactions and earned a long list of clients for life, Alex is knowledgeable, fair, and will give it to you straight.
